Do you offer trade discounts?
Standard trade discounts apply for store buyers, architects, interior designers, corporate gift buyers and exporters. For pricing and minimums a Federal Tax ID and State Resale Certificate is required.
Does MIO have a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy?
Yes, MIO has a MAP policy which is strictly enforced. Our policy states that any type of retail operation that carries our products and purchases them at wholesale/trade prices is required to sell these at the suggested retail price level set forth by our most current price lists or above. If a retail operation does not intend to carry products from the MIO Collection any longer and are discounting them, the retailer must advertise the merchandise accordingly so as to prevent a negative effect on other retailers carrying our line or diminish our marketing efforts. Any breach of the policy will be subject to the appropriate sanctions. Downloadable Forms
