The over-sized L-XL Lamp is a two-part, hand-spun aluminum lamp that adapts to diverse lighting needs. This flexible design offers the option of mixing the top and bottom portions of the shade, adding color to the lamp and expanding its size. The L Starter Component by itself is an elegant fixture. Add an XL Ring to increase the lamp’s scale and create a centerpiece for your room.

Recyclable

The LX-L Lamp is made from aluminum, a material that is widely recycled all over the world. Aluminum can be recycled indefinitely and still retain its most desirable characteristics. Recycled aluminum uses 5% of the energy needed to produce aluminum from ore, making it both environmentally preferable and cost effective.

Recycled Content

The aluminum alloy used to make the LX-L lamp has recycled content ranging between 20% and 40%, depending on the production batch.

Environmentally preferable finish

Powder coating is a durable, low VOC (volatile organic compound) finish. Once the paint is cured on the surface, no particles will be emitted into the air. This improves indoor air quality and eliminates strong odors in your living space.

Design

Designed as a series of components, the L-XL Lamp has the potential to bypass trends and obsolescence. It can adapt to changes in aesthetic tastes or lighting requirements. The L-XL Lamp’s built-in flexibility may increase its lifespan!
