Shipping companies and credit card processing companies require that we disclose relevant information to process and fulfill your order. What type of information does mioculture.com collect and how is it used?
Mioculture.com gathers only the customer information that we need to administer our business, our security, the security of our customers and members to provide superior products and service.

Does mioculture.com use cookies?
Mioculture.com does not use cookies. Rather, we uses session variables to keep track of customers activity while on the site. The most significant differences between the two are that cookies are stored on the users computer, while the session data is stored on the server. As a result, sessions are more secure than cookies (no information is being sent back and forth between the client and the server) and sessions work even when the user has disabled cookies in their browser. After a customer checks out, all session variable data is deleted from the server.

Can I "opt out" of receiving promotional e-mails from mioculture.com?
Mioculture.com may send you e-mails with news, promotional offers and announcements only if you opt-in to our newsletter upon checkout or sign up for our mailing list.

Online Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal as forms of payment. It is our policy to not charge your card until we confirm that your order has shipped. We do, however, obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order. Paypal orders will be charged automatically at the time the order is placed regardless of ship date. If you prefer to be charged when your order is ready to ship, please refrain from using Paypal.

Credit card re-authorization
We also obtain authorizations for the outstanding balance of your order if a) your order partially ships or b) the existing authorization is about to expire. Should the re-authorization not be successful, we will contact you for new payment information. If we are not able to obtain a valid authorization, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or charge your card for the outstanding balance of your order. If, after we charge your card as a result of not being able to re-authorize, you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will refund your card provided that your order has not yet shipped.

Ordering over the Phone

Call us anytime Monday thru Friday between 9:30 am and 5pm Eastern Standard time. Our number is: +1 (215) 925-9359. We can take your order over the phone. If we are busy please leave us a voicemail and we will return your call promptly. Orders placed over the phone are charged when the product is ready to ship. Phone orders are not eligible for free shipping unless specified by a customer representative.

Confirmation of Orders

After placing an online order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an online order with MIO and don't get a confirmation email check your junk / spam mail folder.

Taxes

You will only be charged tax if you are a resident of Pennsylvania. Orders placed in Pennsylvania will be charged applicable city and state taxes. The exact amount will be itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states. Orders shipped abroad will not be taxed by MIO, however they may be subject to taxes and import tariffs that are not included in the product and shipping price.

Shipping

We offer FREE FEDEX GROUND SHIPPING on ONLINE orders over $100 inside the continental U.S. This offer is based on the order subtotal before taxes. FEDEX GROUND shipping rates will apply to orders under $100. Our free shipping offer only applies to items that can be shipped with standard services offered by FEDEX GROUND.

We may deliver across the continental U.S. and abroad. (P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses are excluded.) Please note that international orders may be taxed upon arrival. Applicable taxes, tariffs and brokerage fees are NOT INCLUDED in the shipping and handling charges. The purchaser is responsible for all of these aforementioned charges.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse by FEDEX. Shipping and handling fees will be charged based on shipment weight, volume, delivery destination, and retail value of order. For additional shipping information or for shipping and handling estimates please call +1 (215) 925-9359

Lead Times

All of our products are usually in stock and ready to ship; however out of stock items may take between four and six weeks to arrive at our facility. Orders for in stock items usually ship within 48 hours. We will make every effort to keep you informed of the status of your order. Changing or Cancelling Orders

If you have placed an order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact us at +1 (215) 925-9359 or email us at: orders@mioculture.com within 24 hours.

 

Returns

All of our products are guaranteed for material quality and workmanship. If you find a defect with an item, please call us for repair or replacement. Please note that dye lots on dyed goods may vary slightly and that imperfections on certain products reflect the natural quality of materials or their manufacturing processes.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted on damaged merchandise on claims made and received within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. All merchandise must be COMPLETELY UNUSED and in its original packaging. Returns must be properly packed and returned for inspection. We cannot accept returns on merchandise that has been installed, painted, modified or altered in any way. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Online orders can request this number through their customer control panel in our site or by calling us at: 215-925-9359 Monday - Friday 10 AM 7 PM EST

Return Process

Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes minus the shipping charges. Please return the item in its original packaging inside of a larger box to avoid damage of delicate or heavy items or if unsure call for shipping instructions. MIO will not assume the transportation charges for any items returned by courier, USPS or other unless specifically agreed upon beforehand. We reserve the right to charge applicable re-stocking fees. Exceptions

Due to the nature of the product we are unfortunately not able to accept returns on Loop By The Yard orders. All sales are final on cut product. We will only issue refunds on damaged Loop By The Yard merchandise that is rejected upon arrival. Inspect your order carefully before signing for it.

Trade & Discounted Merchandise Returns

We do not accept returns on ANY merchandise that was purchased at a discount, trade price or purchased with a coupon. Sales to contract buyers, specifiers and builders are all final.

Terms and Conditions
