Capsule Light

Create an atmospheric glow that is inviting to sight and touch with Capsule Lights. This modern pendant consists of two molded felt shells, one in color to direct light and the other in white to diffuse it. Cluster them over a dining table, living room or foyer or use them as glowing night-lights in a nursery. The shades are hand crafted by one of the last millineries in the US, using wooden hat blocks from the 1800’s to give them their shape.

To remove dents, use a steamer for 20-30 seconds on the affected area, then gently reshape the wool shade with your hands. Once dry, the shade will hold its new form.
Our Sleek Canopy Kit provides all the necessary parts and instructions. We recommend hiring an electrician, ensuring power is turned off at the breaker before installation.
Capsule Lights use an E26 socket, compatible with LED bulbs up to 115 watts. We recommend using LED bulbs with outputs between 400-1000 lumens for ambient lighting.
