There are two categories of information we collect about you when you visit our site. This type of information may be provided as part of a purchase process and allows us to process and fulfill your order and notify you of order status. Mioculture.com may send you e-mails with news, promotional offers and announcements only if you opt-in to our newsletter upon checkout or sign up for our mailing list. You may also opt out at any point through the link on our newsletter.

Orders & Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal as forms of payment. It is our policy to not charge your card until we confirm that your order has shipped. We do, however, obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order. Paypal orders will be charged automatically at the time the order is placed regardless of ship date. If you prefer to be charged when your order is ready to ship, please refrain from using Paypal.

We also obtain authorizations for the outstanding balance of your order if a) your order partially ships or b) the existing authorization is about to expire. Should the re-authorization not be successful, we will contact you for new payment information. If we are not able to obtain a valid authorization, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or charge your card for the outstanding balance of your order. If, after we charge your card as a result of not being able to re-authorize, you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will refund your card provided that your order has not yet shipped.

If we are busy please leave us a voicemail and we will return your call promptly. Orders placed over the phone are charged when the product is ready to ship. Phone orders are not eligible for free shipping unless specified by a customer representative.
After placing an online order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an online order with MIO and don’t get a confirmation email check your junk / spam mail folder.
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to Florida and Pennsylvania addresses. Florida and Pennsylvania orders are subject to applicable city and state taxes, and the exact amount will be displayed during the online ordering process. Orders shipped to addresses outside of Florida and Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax. For international orders, MIO does not charge sales tax; however, these orders may be subject to taxes and import tariffs levied by the destination country, which are separate from the product and shipping costs.
Free Shipping:

We provide FREE FedEx Ground shipping on online orders totaling over $200 within the continental United States. The free shipping offer is based on the order subtotal before taxes. Orders with a subtotal under $200 will be shipped via FedEx Ground at standard rates. This offer applies only to items eligible for standard FedEx shipping services.

We ship to addresses within the continental U.S. and internationally. (Please note that P.O. Boxes and APO addresses are excluded.)

International Shipping:

International orders may be subject to import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees are NOT INCLUDED in the shipping and handling charges. The purchaser is responsible for paying all applicable import-related charges.

Shipping Costs and Methods:

Orders are shipped from our warehouse using FedEx. Shipping and handling fees, when applicable, are determined by shipment weight, volume, delivery destination, and the retail value of the order.

All of our products are usually in stock and ready to ship; however out of stock items may take between four and six weeks to arrive at our facility. Orders for in stock items usually ship within 48 hours. We will make every effort to keep you informed of the status of your order. Returns, Changes & Cancellations

All of our products are guaranteed for material quality and workmanship. If you find a defect with an item, please call us for repair or replacement with 48 hours of receiving your product. Please note that dye lots on dyed goods may vary slightly and that imperfections on certain products reflect the natural quality of materials or their manufacturing processes.
Returns are accepted on damaged merchandise on claims made and received within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. All merchandise must be COMPLETELY UNUSED and in its original packaging. Returns must be properly packed and returned for inspection. We cannot accept returns on merchandise that has been installed, painted, modified or altered in any way. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes minus the shipping charges. Please return the item in its original packaging inside of a larger box to avoid damage of delicate or heavy items or if unsure call for shipping instructions. MIO will not assume the transportation charges for any items returned by courier, USPS or other unless specifically agreed upon beforehand. We reserve the right to charge applicable re-stocking fees (15%-25% depending on product). Please ship all returns to:

The following items are not eligible for return:

Loop By The Yard (Cut Fabric) – All sales are final. Refunds are only issued for damaged merchandise if rejected upon delivery. Orders must be inspected before signing for them.
Custom Printed Goods – Non-returnable. Any applicable refunds will be issued as store credit only.

Modified or Assembled Products – Items that have been bent, altered, or assembled cannot be returned.

Custom-Sewn Textiles & Special Orders – This includes special-order colors, textiles, bindings, and custom-sewn products, which are not eligible for return unless there is a verified quality defect.

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of trade and discounted sales, our return policy is as follows:

Trade Orders: All trade orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Any issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery, with supporting photos.

Discounted & Sale Merchandise: Items purchased at a discount, including clearance and promotional sales, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Due to the bespoke nature of custom and made-to-order products, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or store credit, at our discretion. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt with photos documenting the issue.
