Shipping policy

We take great care in preparing and shipping our products to ensure they arrive safely and on time.

• In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock products ship within 48 hours from our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
• Made-to-Order Items: These are crafted specially by our production team here in the U.S. Depending on the volume of the order, you can expect delivery within 2–6 weeks. If your timeline is tight, just let us know. We’ll do our best to align with your project schedule.
• Out-of-Stock Items: If a product is unavailable, we will notify you of the delay and offer the option to cancel the order or replace it with an in-stock item.
